Nancy Dubuc

President & General Manager, HISTORY & Lifetime

Nancy Dubuc is President and General Manager of HISTORY™ and, in May 2010, was named President and General Manager of Lifetime® Networks. She is responsible for the strategic planning, programming, consumer marketing, publicity and brand development of the networks. She also oversees History International™, History en Español™, Military History™, Lifetime Movie Network® and Lifetime Real Women® as well as the digital assets of both brands.

Prior to HISTORY, Ms. Dubuc was Senior Vice President, Non-Fiction Programming and New Media Content, AETN, a position she assumed in June 2006. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Programming for A&E Network. An award-winning producer, she supervised the development and creation of all of A&E’s non-fiction programming as well as the A&E IndieFilm banner.

Ms. Dubuc is a member of the nominating committee of the International Emmys, the co-chair of the Realscreen Summit, and on the boards of NAPTE, WICT and the New York Television Festival. She was named by Multichannel News and WICT as a 2007 Wonder Woman, has been consistently named to the Hollywood Reporter Women in Entertainment Power 100 list, and was featured in Variety’s annual Women’s Impact Report. She received the 2007 Preserve America Presidential Award, the highest national award for historic preservation achievement, for the HISTORY Save Our History initiative.

Ms. Dubuc began her career at AETN as Director, Historical Programming for HISTORY.
