DeBitetto also oversees the award-winning feature documentary unit, A&E IndieFilms, and sits on the Board of Directors of the company’s Latin American channel joint venture.

Joining Cineflix in 2002 to launch the company’s distribution arm, Paul Heaney has been a key element in the emergence and growth of Cineflix as a group over the last 10 years. He oversees an international team headquartered in London with staff in New York, Toronto, and Montreal. Since launch, Heaney has achieved at least double digit growth every year since. He has also built a stable, successful sales team full of experience which has been recognized by peers as one of the best in the business. He has established the third party representation side of the business from scratch, growing it to approximately 40% of the distributor’s turnover each year. Heaney has established strong relationships across all of the key territories, making deficit financing with broadcasters in France, Germany, Italy and Australia a common occurrence to add to the UK and US.He is responsible for growing the sales volume and distribution coverage of more than 2500 hours of factual, factual entertainment, formats, kids, and scripted series from Cineflix Studios, including Copper and The Command. Paul oversees the distribution of Cineflix’s extensive portfolio of content from both third-party producers and Cineflix Productions, to more than 180 territories worldwide.
