For the past 25 years, Emmy® nominated producer Leslie Greif has made his mark by creating, writing, directing and producing numerous critically acclaimed projects. Founder and CEO of Thinkfactory Media, Greif has one of the only production companies that has created and produced award-winning programming across various arms of television including: features, unscripted series, documentaries, mini-series, branded entertainment projects, concerts, music specials and various movies of the week.
In the world of television, he quickly established himself when he co-created and executive produced 204 episodes of Walker Texas Ranger starring Chuck Norris. Greif was also responsible for producing documentaries on some of America's most notable motion picture stars of the 21st century, including Steve McQueen: The Essence of Cool and the highly acclaimed Brando, starring Al Pacino, Johnny Depp, Martin Scorsese, Sean Penn and Robert Duvall.
Greif has produced series, made for TV movies, mini-series and specials for all major networks including HBO, ABC, CBS, FOX, TNT, A&E, Lifetime, Discovery and USA. Most recently he was the driving force behind the record-breaking cable progam, Hatfields & McCoys (History), which was his passion project for nearly 30 years.
In addition to all his television work, Greif has produced and directed a number of feature film projects including the hilarious comedy, Funny Money starring Chevy Chase, the critically acclaimed film Keys to Tulsa, New Line Pictures cop drama Heaven's Prisoners, as well as the Rodney Dangerfield farce, Meet Wally Sparks. His movie of the week credits include Monday Night Mayhem, Word of Honor and Baby for Sale starring Dana Delaney.
