David George serves as CEO of Leftfield Entertainment (under the ITV America umbrella), overseeing operations, including all programming initiatives and strategies, as well as development and production across all genres and platforms for the Leftfield Entertainment group, which encompasses Leftfield Pictures (Alone), Sirens Media (Real Housewives of New Jersey), Loud TV (Tiny House Nation), and Outpost Entertainment (Forged in Fire). George also oversees ITV Entertainment (Hell’s Kitchen).
During his tenure at Leftfield, which began in 2010, George has spearheaded such major initiatives as the franchising of Pawn Stars and developing the groundbreaking History series Alone and American Grit for FOX, as well as overseeing current series for Loud TV and Outpost Entertainment, including the Tiny House franchise (for FYI) and Forged in Fire (History). Other major series include Counting Cars (History); The Real Housewives of New Jersey (Bravo); Cutting It: In the ATL (WE tv); and the critically-acclaimed specials Billy the Kid: New Evidence, produced by Kevin Costner, and Brain Surgery Live, both for National Geographic Channel. Leftfield also has upcoming series and documentaries for ESPN, Netflix and Red Bull.
Previously, he was a senior executive at MTV, executive producing and overseeing the majority of the 10-year run of hit series Total Request Live (TRL), the Emmy-nominated Legally Blonde: The Musical, and helping launch the network’s digital content strategy for MTV’s Video Music Awards.
