Greg Rubidge is President of Syndicado, the film and TV digital distribution company headquartered in Toronto. Syndicado also has a presence in the US, UK and Europe. The company’s focus is on global digital distribution to major internet and cable VOD major outlets such as Amazon, iTunes, Google, Vudu, Shudder, cable VOD in the US and Canada and several other leading VOD platforms.
 
Syndicado was founded to help small to medium sized film distributors, sales agents and independent producers realize new revenue through VOD in the USA, Canada and other markets. The company has built a varied catalogue of over 3000 hours of theatrically released film and broadcast TV series, with a focus on documentaries and distributes content to major VOD outlets in territories around the world.

Prior to Syndicado, Greg worked as an Analyst in Corporate Banking for CIBC, and in film production for several studio-backed features and series. At Corus Entertainment, he planned and lead the launch of the Documentary Channel on Demand, Treehouse on Demand, the Anime Channel on Demand and the first kid’s mobile TV channels in Canada. He founded one of Canada's first interactive agencies in 1995 and sold the firm to an international U.S. based agency in 2000.

He has been a speaker at industry events on new media and digital distribution, and won the Banff Television Festival's iPitch award for best interactive project.
