Lucas Green joined Banijay Group in January 2018. As Head of Content across the Group’s footprint of 16 production territories, he is responsible for creativity and championing new and existing formats. Hits in the group’s catalogue include enduring global formats such as Survivor, Temptation Island, Secret Life of 4 Year Olds and Wife Swap, as well as long-running hits Crystal Maze, Tipping Point and Eat Well for Less in the UK.
Prior to joining Banijay Group, Lucas was Head of Development at Thames, the Fremantle UK label behind The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent. With 20 years’ experience behind him, Lucas rose through the ranks of Princess Productions and So Television and in 2011 launched his own successful start-up, Superhero Television, which sold and produced formats for all the major UK networks.
