J.C. Mills is an agent at ICM Partners in the International Television and Media Department, which he joined in January 2014. He represents non-scripted production companies and showrunners in NY, LA and London.

Mills comes from National Geographic Channel where he spent two years as the Director of Development in the New York office where he sheparded unscripted pilots, specials and series and worked with producers on international formats. Before joining NGC in January 2012, he was the VP of Business Development & Acquisitions, North America, for Zodiak Rights. In this role, he was responsible for acquiring U.S. & Canadian formats and finished episodes for global production and distribution.  Prior to joining Zodiak Rights, he was a sales executive at Shine International based in Los Angeles and then London. He sold formats and finished episodes to the UK, Eastern Europe, and EMEA. He was an attorney in New York before moving to Los Angeles to begin a career in television.
