Brady Connell has been the Executive Producer/showrunner of all four seasons of the successful ABC/Fremantle series, “The Great Christmas Light Fight.” Previously he served as Executive Producer/showrunner of the ABC/Endemol series “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” delivering over 100 episodes of the landmark series, working with corporations and communities to generate over $50 million in donations and millions of volunteer hours to change the lives of deserving families. Other showrunning credits include Discovery’s “American Tarzan,” CW’s “Capture,” TNT’s “72 Hours,” TBS’s “Outback Jack,” and NBC’s “Race to the Altar.” In his senior producing positions on CBS’s “Survivor” and “The Amazing Race,” Brady oversaw the creative teams that helped fuel the launch and success of both long-running series. He has produced and directed branded content for dozens of major corporations including The Home Depot, Target, Ford, Sears, and CVS Pharmacy. Creative collaboration with top talent such as Stevie Wonder, President Bill Clinton, Maria Carey, Usher, First Lady Michelle Obama, Sheryl Crow, and… Santa Claus. Brady is a recipient of two Emmys, four Emmy nominations, the NAACP Image Award, PGA/DGA nominations, multiple CINE awards, and the Humanitas prize for writing. He has recently served as Consulting Executive Producer on productions for YouTube Red, Discovery, Vox Media, and Buzzfeed, and is currently pioneering some of reality television’s first virtual reality/360 content for his series, “The Great Christmas Light Fight.” Brady is President and CCO of Base Camp Films, LLC, founded in 2001.
