E! & Bravo
Tenaja Williams serves as Director, Unscripted Development, Bravo and E!, where she evaluates and identifies upcoming programming and talent for both cable networks. She reports to Christy Dees, Vice President, Development, Bravo and E!.
In her role, Williams is responsible for working with production partners and agencies to find new unscripted programming and fresh talent for the network. She joined NBCUniversal in 2018, and has developed multiple projects throughout her short tenure, most notably the late-night talk show Busy Tonight, hosted Busy Phillips, and the premium documentary series, For Real: The Story of Reality TV, hosted by Andy Cohen.
Prior to Bravo and E!, Williams worked as a Development Executive at WEtv, where she developed the series Dr. Miami and Bossip. Williams began her career as a producer with FremantleMedia, where she took pitches and helped oversee production on several projects for a variety of cable and broadcast networks, including MTV, Style, CW and Oxygen.
Williams is a graduate of Howard University with a degree in Television Production, and currently resides in Los Angeles.
