Please review Realscreen Summit's Health & Safety Protocol regarding vaccinated and unvaccinated delegates before proceeding to the registration form.

The safety of our community is of paramount importance, so we will be requiring all Realscreen Summit 2022 delegates and visitors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO).

PARTICIPANTS will be required to upload their proof of full vaccination to a secure portal, which has been developed with individual privacy as an overriding principle. The window for providing this documentation will be open until May 20, 2022. Failure to deliver adequate proof of vaccination will result in your registration being forfeited.

We will continue to take our lead from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on planning baseline health & safety protocols for the event, making amendments as the situation evolves.

These WILL include:

• Providing ample touch-free hand-sanitizing stations throughout the venue
• Ensuring high cleanliness standards within all meeting rooms
• Maximum capacity limits in meeting rooms will be rigidly adhered to
• Masks: All delegates MAY be required to wear a mask in all indoor event spaces. Delegates will be advised closer to the event, when an assessment can be made with current data.
• Testing: On-site testing may be required. Details will be released in May 2022, when an assessment can be made with current data.
