Realscreen Summit Health & Safety and Admission Policy

The health and safety of our community is a top priority for us. We will continue to follow the lead of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the relevant US federal and state governmental authorities for planning onsite health and safety protocols for Realscreen Summit 2023. We are pleased to report that currently there is no requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to provide a negative rapid test result in order to participate in the event.

Please note that this policy is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our requirements for admission to Realscreen Summit 2023 without liability.

Protocols WILL include:

Providing ample touch-free hand-sanitizing stations throughout the venue
Ensuring high cleanliness standards within all meeting rooms
Adhering to recommended norms for social distancing where possible
Encouraging delegates to wear a mask in indoor event spaces

Our policies exist in order to help ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders. Please adhere to all signage and direction from employees and volunteers. Our employees and volunteers are here to help you have a great experience, so please help them by following our health safety policies.
