How do I request an accessible room at the Realscreen Summit host hotel?
Please contact Terasa Rivera terasa.rivera@whitelodging.com to request an accessible room and to share any other details that are important for your visit. Our team will also work with the hotel to accommodate any requests.
Wheelchair Accessibility and Mobility
The entrance to the hotel and all restaurant entrances are accessible.
Are there accessible washrooms on the conference floors?
All washrooms on the conference floor are accessible.
Do you provide companion passes for support persons?
Any delegate or guest who requires the physical assistance of a support person can request a Special Access pass at no charge. The support person must be accompanying the identified delegate to be permitted to enter sessions and events. Please contact customersupport@realscreensummit.com to discuss your support person needs.
Do you allow service animals at the event?
Realscreen welcomes ADA-recognized service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
Animals who provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted at Realscreen events.
Does Realscreen provide American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters?
Upon request, Realscreen Summit can provide an ASL Interpreter for keynote sessions & panels taking place in the main session room. Realscreen does not provide ASL interpreters to accompany individual registrants on a 1:1 basis.

Accessible seating
Designated accessible seating areas are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have specific seating requirements for any of our session rooms please contact customersupport@realscreensummit.com to make arrangements.
Will there be a quiet room at the Realscreen Summit?
Upon request, Realscreen will guide delegates to a dedicated therapeutic space to help focus themselves so they can be better prepared for participating in the Summit program and networking with others.
Please note that designated quiet rooms will not be provided for non-therapeutic purposes such as taking meetings or making phone calls.
