Allison Page

Global President, Magnolia Network

Warner Bros. Discovery

Allison Page, Global President, Magnolia Network and DTC, leads Warner Bros. Discovery’s joint-venture with Fixer Upper’s Chip and Joanna Gaines. In this role, Page is responsible for growing and overseeing all operations for the venture—managing teams based in Knoxville, New York, Austin and Waco, Texas.

Under Page’s leadership, Magnolia Network launched digitally first in July 2021 on discovery+ alongside the brand-immersive Magnolia app debut the same day. The network made its linear debut in January 2022 in front of an audience of 3 million viewers, landing a spot among the top 25 basic cable networks – up 17 spots from the previous year – and establishing Magnolia Network as the fastest growing cable network in 1Q22 based on YOY growth. 1Q22 was also the highest rated quarter in the network’s history for the W18+ demo. The network’s linear launch was bolstered by the cable premiere of the series that started it all,
Fixer Upper: Welcome Home, which welcomed nearly 1.7 million viewers alone. To date, more than 109 million viewers have watched the Fixer Upper franchise since the series first premiered in 2013.

Before transitioning to her role with Magnolia in 2019, Page served as President of HGTV, Food Network, Cooking Channel and DIY Network and was previously General Manager of HGTV, DIY Network, Great American Country and Travel Channel. There she developed and launched some of the brands’ most popular programming to date, including record-setters like Chopped, Diners Drive-Ins and Dives, Fixer Upper, Hometown and Brother vs. Brother, in addition to other hit shows like Beat Bobby Flay, Guy’s
Grocery Games, Flip or Flop, Good Bones and Maine Cabin Masters. She originally joined the company in 2001 and spent many years developing primetime series for Guy Fieri, Rachael Ray, Giada De Laurentiis and Bobby Flay at Food Network before moving to HGTV in 2014 to work with Chip and Joanna Gaines, Ben and Erin Napier, and Jonathan and Drew Scott, and ultimately to oversee both brands.

Page is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). In 2012, she was recognized as one of the Multichannel News “40 Under 40.” The publication also named her as a “Woman to Watch” in 2014. She is the recipient of the 2015 WICT Southeast “Woman of the Year” award and New York Moves Magazine honored her with its “2018 Power Woman Leadership” award. In 2021 and 2022, she was named to the annual Cablefax 100 list and earlier this year, Page was included as part of Variety’s annual Reality TV Impact Report. Page graduated with honors from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in American Studies. She resides in Knoxville with her husband and two children.
