Abigail Neugebauer is the Senior Director and Executive Producer of Content for Magnolia Network under Warner Brothers Discovery. Neugebauer develops and produces original programming for the multiplatform media company.

In this role, Neugebauer has led a team that develops streaming midform stories such as Where We Call Home, Diary of an Old Home, (re)motel, The Artisan's Kitchen, and the team that created Magnolia Workshops. She is also the production executive on shows such as Making Modern with Brooke and Brice, La Pitchoune: Cooking in France, The Established Home, and Everyday Cooking.

Prior to Magnolia Network, Neugebauer led digital teams that created original content for brands like Food Network Kitchen, Genius Kitchen, and HGTV.

Neugebauer began her content career at Condé Nast and later managed digital video content teams at About.com (now Dotdash).
