Based in Toronto, Cream develops, finances and produces distinctive and award-winning content across a wide range of TV and digital platforms in North America and internationally.
Among the company’s many credits include Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan (Netflix), The Story of Late Night (CNN),Fear Thy Neighbor (ID), History of Sitcom (CNN), All or Nothing: Toronto Maple Leafs (Amazon) as well as premium documentaries Beautiful Scars, Nike’s Big Bet and the groundbreaking documentary Bathsheba, which broke gender barriers by enlisting an all-female creative team. The company also produces several projects with renowned filmmaker Eli Roth including Eli Roth Presents: My Possessed Pet, Urban Legend, The Haunted Museum: 3 Ring Inferno Eli Roth Presents: A Ghost Ruined My Life as well as Eli Roth’s Haunted House: Trick-VR-Treat, a virtual reality series that stars Vanessa Hudgens and offers viewers a frighteningly immersive haunted house experience.
In 2021, Cream achieved an incredible milestone by becoming carbon negative; the company was among the first to invest resources into creating a dedicated in-house committee to enhance its sustainability resources.
Cream is also a world leader in VR/AR technologies and storytelling. Since 2015, they’ve produced an array of content and products including VR series in coproduction with Hulu, American Heroes Channel, Investigation Discovery, Lexus-Toyota, the Globe and Mail, SIRT and various industrial partners. Cream is currently developing a proprietary technology to create high-fidelity, low-computational AI backed virtual humans. Among their VR/AR credits include A Curious Mind with Dominic Monaghan for Hulu as well as Tree Tap Adventure, an augmented reality game, among others.
