Hoppin steers content creation for Red Rock Films, one of the world's most recognized producers of wildlife content, including the Emmy-winning "Secrets of the Whales," and "Penguin Town." Prior to coming on board, Hoppin oversaw animal-based programming for Nat Geo Channel, Nat Geo WILD and Disney+ as National Geographic’s VP of Production. Across her more than 17-year career at National Geographic, she oversaw well over 1,000 hours of content. Among her credits are “Magic of Disney's Animal Kingdom," "Secrets of the Zoo, "Savage Kingdom,” “Hidden Kingdoms of China,” “Animal Fight Night” and “Wild Yellowstone.” Prior to Nat Geo, Ashley was a freelance producer working wildlife, science, live events like “New Year’s Eve in Times Square” and children’s programming. She launched her career in media specializing in jazz, opera and classical films and documentaries.
