Cancellation Policy

------ CANCELLATION POLICY ------
Should you be unable to attend this event, we require notice in writing (customersupport@realscreensummit.com) on or before January 2, 2024 at 5:00pm ET. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee equal to 50% of the invoiced purchase price. If the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and not postponed, or if government travel restrictions/border closures prevent you from attending, all registration fees can be transferred to Realscreen Summit 2025, or fully refunded. All prices are quoted in US$. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us by email (customersupport@realscreensummit.com) a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. The following details will be required: First/Last Name of the person using your registration, their Professional Title, their Email Address and Phone Number, and their Company Details (Name, Address and Phone Number). If for any reason whatsoever the event is cancelled, the liability of Brunico Marketing Inc. shall be limited to reimbursement of the registration fees. Brunico reserves the right, with reasonable notice, to change program dates and assumes no liability for the changes.

NOTE: Registration fees must be paid in full in order to gain entry to the event. No exceptions will be made.

------ COVID-19 WAIVER ------

The health and safety of our community is a top priority for us. We will continue to follow the lead of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the relevant US federal and state governmental authorities for planning onsite health and safety protocols for Realscreen Summit 2024. We are pleased to report that currently there is no requirement to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to provide a negative rapid test result in order to participate in the event. Please note that this policy is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our requirements for admission to Realscreen Summit 2024 without liability. Brunico Marketing Inc. is working closely with the Sheraton New Orleans and our other event partners on developing and implementing health and safety measures, and biosafety best practices for Realscreen Summit. However, since each individual's health and safety needs and concerns may differ, Brunico Marketing Inc. strongly recommends that each participant carefully evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and or attending Realscreen Summit in-person. Your attendance at Realscreen Summit is completely voluntary. As such, your attendance at Realscreen Summit is at your own risk, and you voluntarily assume any and all risks and hazards, including without limitation, personal injury, illness, or otherwise, and hereby release Brunico Marketing Inc. of any liability related to your attendance.

DO NOT LOSE YOUR DELEGATE BADGE - IT'S WORTH A LOT OF MONEY!

Please be aware that significant reprint fees are in place. Keep your lanyard and badge on you at all times during the Summit. You are required to wear it for the entire event. Onsite reprinting badge fees will apply per transaction: $1500 from January 29 - 31, 2024; $900 on February 1, 2024.

MEETING WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT

Out of respect to the people who have paid their way to attend Realscreen Summit, the speakers who give their time and the sponsors who support the event year after year, the conference floors are strictly reserved for registered delegates. If you have made arrangements to meet with people who are not registered, please do so off-site.
