Stephen Mann is Director, Entertainment Unscripted Content, NBCUniversal Television and Streaming.

In his role, Mann oversees reality competition, talent competition and game show formats across the company’s entertainment portfolio including NBC, Peacock, Bravo, E! and USA Network. His purview includes managing a robust development slate and hit series including NBC’s “That’s My Jam”, “World of Dance”, “Little Big Shots” and Peacock’s “The Traitors”. Mann has established a strong presence in the gameshow genre, overseeing the revival of NBC’s “Password, “Weakest Link” as well as returning favorites “The Wall” and “Ellen’s Game of Games”.

Prior to joining the NBCUniversal’s formats team, Mann worked at Fremantle in Unscripted Development, and at OWN in Alternative Programming.

A graduate of Occidental College, Mann began his career as an intern at FOX in Current Programming before transitioning to production. He has previously worked in production across live events, unscripted, scripted programming for MTV, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel, Animal Planet, Travel Channel and Discovery.
