Noella Charles is the Vice President of Development and Original Production, Unscripted for AllBlk/WEtv, based in the network's New York office. As part of her responsibilities, she collaborates with production partners and agencies to identify innovative and engaging unscripted content that resonates with the network's audience.  Noella currently helps oversee the production of “Toya & Reginae” and "Mama June: Family Crisis."

As a seasoned producer with 15 years of experience in unscripted content, Noella Charles has worked on a diverse range of projects prior to joining WEtv.  Her impressive portfolio includes co-executive producing unscripted pilots and short films for YouTube, Fly On The Wall Entertainment and HOORAE media.  Noella has produced for a number of networks, such as ABC, STARZ, BET, Netflix, MTV, and E!, on various formats including live television, specials, award shows, docuseries, and reality TV.

She has garnered a reputation for being a driven, compassionate, and nurturing leader with strong knowledge of efficiently executing a project from development to delivery.  Her creative instincts are mainly driven by an open mind and the ability to see the humanity in all walks of life.  Noella's strong connection to her Afro-Caribbean heritage allows her to bring a distinct perspective that promotes diversity and inclusivity to the mainstream narrative.  

Noella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University and is currently represented by WME.
