Teri Kennedy is Head of Lifestyle Programming and Daytime Originals for A+E Networks, a position she assumed in September 2022. In this role she develops original lifestyle and daytime programming for A+E’s portfolio of networks, fast channels, the Home.Made.Nation strand, and for worldwide sales and distribution.
Since joining A+E Networks, Kennedy has spearheaded the development of several series for A+E’s Home.Made.Nation weekend programming block, including reboots of Everything But the House starring Lara Spencer and Property Virgins starring Wendy Wolfe. Kennedy developed the upcoming A+E primetime series Buddy Valastro’s Cake Dynasty and Legends of the Fork, both starring celebrated baker, chef, and entrepreneur Buddy Valastro.
Kennedy is an Emmy® Award-winning producer with five nominations to her name. Prior to joining A+E Networks, Kennedy was Executive Vice President, Development & Original Programming for Steve Harvey’s East One Twelve Productions. She also served as Executive Vice President, Development & Original Programming at Ryan Seacrest Productions and was Sr. Vice President, Current Production at Oxygen Media. Previously, Kennedy had 30+ year career as a producer, with credits include The Real World and Survivor.
