Leela Pon is Senior Vice President of Content of FOX Entertainment’s in-house unscripted studio FOX Alternative Entertainment (FAE). Based in Los Angeles, she is responsible for the daily oversight of the team that works to develop and create new series and formats for the studio.

Since joining in 2020, Pon has been integral in developing a number of FOX series, including Next Level Chef, Crime Scene Kitchen, Name That Tune, Domino Masters, Alter Ego, and Joe Millionaire: For Richer or Poorer, as well as the upcoming game shows Snake Oil and We Are Family. She works with numerous international productions making local versions of FAE original formats including The Big Deal (Ireland/Virgin Media Television) and Marriage Market (Germany/ProSieben).

In addition, Pon oversees the development and production for the slate of documentaries FAE produces for FOX’s ad-supported streaming platform Tubi, including more than 30 original titles ranging from true crime and conspiracy to celebrity biographies, as well as such third-party series as the international dating format Love Trip: Paris for Freeform.

Prior to joining FAE, Pon was the Senior Vice President, Head of Development at E! Entertainment, where she was responsible for the development and production of Botched, Chelsea Lately, The Bradshaw Bunch, True Hollywood Story, Rich Kids of Beverly Hills and the WAGS franchise.
