Speaker Angela Neillis
As SVP, Non-Scripted Content, Angela oversees Fremantle’s global non-scripted acquisition strategy including developing, financing, curating and launching content from Fremantle’s global network of labels and third-party producers. Joining Fremantle in 2013, Angela has spearheaded huge growth of the premium documentary slate including series such as Arctic Drift (from UFA & Wild Blue Media) which won Best Science Documentary at the 2022 Grierson Awards and has sold into over 170 territories and Klarsfeld: A Love Story (from Roast Beef Productions), which had its world premiere at Filmfest Hamburg 2022. Angela has also manages relationships with non-scripted talent including Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson, and series and films from exceptional producers such as Naked Entertainment, 72 Films, True to Nature, Lightbox, Arrow, Docsville Studios. Before joining Fremantle, held senior Commercial roles at BBC Worldwide, Zodiak Rights, Sky and Granada International.
