Mitch Federer, Esq. is a Partner at Weinstein Senior LLP, where he oversees production legal services for the firm’s clients and manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s associates. Mitch plays a critical role in guiding production companies, athletes, filmmakers, and influencers through the legal complexities of the entertainment industry.
Before joining Weinstein Senior LLP, Mitch was a senior associate at Del Shaw Moonves, where he honed his skills in entertainment law. Mitch's expertise in deal structuring and legal strategy has made him a trusted advisor to a diverse array of clients, including production companies, directors, actors, writers, and corporate executives.
Mitch earned his bachelor's degree in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Florida and received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where he has been teaching unscripted TV law since 2018. Outside of his legal work, Mitch is an avid sailor, mountain biker, and triathlete, and enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team.
