Courtny Catzel is the Co-Head of New York Non-Scripted Programming at ICM Partners, a talent and literary agency representing clients in the fields of motion pictures, television, publishing, music, theater branded entertainment, and digital media. ICM Partners, a privately held corporation, is one of the predominant agencies in the United States and Europe, with its principal offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, and Washington, D.C.

Catzel represents production companies, showrunners, and talent across the network, cable, syndicated, documentary, and premium digital arenas. Her clients include 7Beyond & Beyond Productions (HGTV’s My Lottery Dream Home & Discovery’s Mythbusters), InventTV (Bravo’s Southern Charm New Orleans), Maggie Vision Productions (ABC’s ESPYs, The Story of Diana), Original Productions (Discovery’s Deadliest Catch), and Spring Films (Oscar nominated The Look of Silence & The Act of Killing), as well as multi-hyphenates Soledad O’Brien, Meredith Vieira, Megan Fox, and Nigel Lythgoe. Catzel also works in the Broadcasting Department at ICM Partners, representing ESPN’s Mike Golic Sr., Mike Golic Jr., Peter Rosenberg and Jay Williams, as well as POLITICO.

Catzel graduated summa cum laude from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
