Tim Duffy is a multiple Emmy Award-Winning producer, an Emmy-nominated Director, a two-time James Beard Award nominee, and Co-President of Ugly Brother Studios with his twin brother, Mike. Since the launch of Ugly Brother, Tim’s created and produced shows across an array of genres including reality, documentary/factual, variety, and comedy. Having worked with over 2-dozen networks and brand partners during the past 6 years, Duffy’s become widely respected as consistently delivering premium-quality content, regardless of budget.

Prior to launching Ugly Brother in 2013, Tim ran the unscripted division of Spike TV. As Senior Vice-President of Original Series, he spearheaded the network’s transition from a male skewing audience towards a general entertainment audience, developing and/or creating several of the network’s most successful shows including Deadliest Warrior, Pros Vs. Joes, Auction Hunters, DEA, Ink Master and Bar Rescue.

Tim began his career as a Production Manager at Dick Clark Productions, working alongside Mr. Clark on shows such as Greed, $64,000 Pyramid and The Golden Globe Awards.
