Brian Pargac serves as Vice President, Development, for Authentic Entertainment, a subsidiary of Endemol Shine North America. Pargac is a writer and producer with over 15 years of unscripted experience. He has extensive knowledge of both field and post production, ranging from his early days traveling for FOX on Trading Spouses to his hours in the bay as the Co-EP of Bravo’s popular docuseries Flipping Out. He has interviewed everyone from UFC Fighters to million dollar-winning contestants on NBC's Deal or No Deal. Pargac has produced more than 80 episodes of television on over 20 different series, including Dog and Beth: On the Hunt, with celebrity bounty hunter "Dog" Duane Chapman, The Real Housewives of Dallas and FOX's hit show Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay.
