Joe Rivadeneira has been leading mitú's Unscripted creative and business development department since January 2017 specializing in broadcast, cable and digital OOT platforms. Being the worlds largest Latino based digital media company, mitu brought Rivadeneira on to focus on developing their social content and creating long-form content licensing opportunities. While there he has sold shows to Paramount, Netflix, Facebook Watch, Snapchat and others.
Prior to mitú, Rivadeneira was a producer on shows for Spike, Youtube Red, Matador Content, Alevy Productions and A. Smith & Co. Rivadeneira has also held development roles at Wilshire Studios, Eyeboogie Inc and FremantleMedia working on shows such as The X-Factor for FOX, Total Blackout for Syfy, The Science of Stupid for Nat Geo and Baggage on the Road for GSN.
