Pamela Welch is the SVP of Development for GRB Studios where she is responsible for creating and developing original and talent driven content for the company. Prior to joining GRB Studios she was at Discovery Studios, the in-house production arm for Discovery Communications, for a decade where she developed, produced and sold content for all of the various DCI networks including Sweet Home Sextuplets (TLC), Disney Animal Kingdom: Alive With Magic (Animal Planet), Texas Trocas (Discovery En Espanol), and Jersey On Ice (TLC). In addition, she worked on the development team for Mama Medium (TLC), Extreme Drug Smuggling (Discovery), True Nightmares (ID), Extreme Dream Wedding (TLC), and the award winning series Blackboard Wars (OWN).
