Shade Grant is the Co-Head of Non-Scripted Programming on the East Coast for ICM Partners, a talent
and literary agency representing clients in the fields of motion pictures, television, publishing, music,
theater, branded entertainment and digital media. ICM Partners is one of the predominant agencies in
the United States and Europe, with its principal offices in Los Angeles, New York and London.
Ms. Grant represents production companies, producers and talent in the non-scripted television
business, as well as filmmakers in the documentary space. She brokers deals to package series for
streaming platforms, broadcast and cable networks. She joined ICM in 2006, participating in the
agency’s trainee program. With a background in independent film and the literary side of the television
business, Ms. Grant transitioned to the agency’s New York office in 2011, in an expansion of the Non-
Scripted Department.
Born and raised in England, Ms. Grant is a graduate of Oxford University.
