Tim Pastore is Chief Executive Officer of All3Media America, the U.S. arm of one of the largest independent television, film, and digital production groups in the world. A multiple Emmy Award-winning producer who brings his content development and production expertise to the leadership role, Pastore is driving the growth of All3Media in the United States.

During his tenure, All3Media America has expanded to twelve production companies and counting and has launched a premium content development fund. All3Media America’s production companies are creatively independent teams that produce hundreds of hours of award-winning unscripted and scripted programming for broadcast, cable, and streaming partners such as the Emmy Award-winning Undercover Boss(CBS), the Emmy Award-winning United Shades of America (CNN), 24 Hours to Hell and Back with Gordon Ramsay (FOX), Flirty Dancing (FOX), and many more.

As a producer, Pastore’s achievements range from executive producing powerful documentary films, notably the 2019 Academy Award winner, Free Solo, and the Emmy-winning films Jane and LA92, as well as creating the groundbreaking Emmy-winning series Life Below Zero (Nat Geo). As a media executive, he is known for transforming content-driven organizations. He is credited with launching National Geographic Channel’s feature documentary strand through multiple critically-acclaimed film projects during his four years as President of Original Programming and Production. There he presided over development, programming, and production across the U.S. and the U.K., and expanded the channel’s premium programming through content such as the Will Smith-hosted series One Strange Rockfrom executive producer Darren Aronofsky, The Story of God with Morgan Freeman, and the drama series MARS from executive producers Ron Howard and Brian Grazer.

Prior to Nat Geo, Pastore held development, programming and production roles at BBC Worldwide Productions and the Discovery Channel, where he executive produced the hit series Gold Rush and the Emmy-nominated Dirty Jobs. In addition, Pastore’s producing credits over the course of his career include Dual Survival, Flying Wild Alaska, and the Emmy-winning Deadliest Catch for which he spent several seasons at sea.
