Jessie Springer is an Associate Manager of Development for the WILD creative team. In this role, she is responsible for idea generation with an emphasis on Sharkfest, Big Cat Week and character-led series for Nat Geo WILD. Jessie started as an intern for Nat Geo WILD in 2015 and came on board full time in 2017 as a Development and Production Coordinator. After two years in the position, she was promoted to Associate Manager. Previously, Jessie worked in Development and Production for Red Rock Films and in career services at Hamilton College. She is a graduate of Hamilton College and has conducted research on political ecology and biology in Tanzania.
