Seiichi Shinno joined NHK in 1992, producing numerous large-scale programs, primarily in news and documentaries of
current affairs. In 2014, he participated in the international co-production Brakeless with the BBC, which won a Peabody Award. Since 2016, has been responsible for supporting NHK program distribution overseas and international co-productions. Main duties include supporting producers in international sales, co-productions, and achieving recognition in competitions.
