Realscreen Summit Health & Safety and Admission Policy
The safety of our community is of paramount importance, so we will be requiring all Realscreen Summit 2022 delegates and visitors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO).
ALL PARTICIPANTS will be required to upload their proof of full vaccination to a secure portal, which has been developed with individual privacy as an overriding principle. The window for providing this documentation will be open until May 29, 2022. Failure to deliver adequate proof of vaccination will result in your registration being forfeited.
Subject to change, delegates will also be encouraged to wear a mask in all indoor event spaces. Delegates must supply their own masks.
We will continue to take our lead from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on planning baseline health & safety protocols for the event, making amendments as the situation evolves.
These WILL include:
-
Providing ample touch-free hand-sanitizing stations throughout the venue
-
Ensuring high cleanliness standards within all meeting rooms
-
Maximum capacity limits in meeting rooms will be rigidly adhered to
-
Setting up a spacious outdoor meeting area for delegates to use
-
Daily online COVID screening for all participants
Our policies exist in order to help ensure the health safety of all stakeholders. Please adhere to all signage and direction from employees and volunteers. Our employees and volunteers are here to help you have a great experience, so help them by following our health safety policies.
