Phil Irven is a Partner and Co-owner for non-scripted programming at Vital Artists Agency. He represents production companies, executive producers, and directors for talk, game, and reality television shows. In addition to servicing Vitals’ clients, Phil also packages shows for networks, cable, digital platforms, and syndicated television. His producer and director clients work on many popular shows, such as The View, Real Time with Bill Maher, Space X Launch, Love and Hip Hop, Gold Rush, The Hills, Basketball Wives, Behind the Music, Real Housewives of the OC, and so much more.
Phil graduated from UCLA and currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
