Based in Los Angeles, Rabih Gholam has been heading the Alternative Department at Innovative Artists since late 2020. Before joining Innovative, he was most recently Executive Vice President of Development at Evolution Media, the force behind The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Vanderpump Rules and Botched franchises. As President of Unscripted Content at multi-platform content creator Studio 71, he launched its unscripted division. And, he was EVP, Alternative Programming at 51 Minds and Ryan Seacrest Productions. As a “hands on” producer he’s EP’d series including The Mole and the original version of The Hills on MTV.
At Innovative, Rabih is representing production companies, producers, directors, and premium editors in the unscripted space. His work spans both staffing and development across unscripted formats, docusoaps, unscripted comedy, game shows, and limited series documentaries for all major networks and streamers.
