Raja Khanna is the Executive Chair and Co-Founder of Dark Slope, a metaverse company developing new forms of entertainment for television and games using motion capture, virtual production, game-engines and immersive technologies. Dark Slope produces prime time “hyper reality” TV productions and near real-time animation for streaming and broadcast networks globally. The company also develops and publishes immersive experiences in VR and MR for entertainment centres, theme parks and home use. Raja is the former CEO, Television & Digital, for Blue Ant Media Inc. where he oversaw the company’s growth from inception to becoming a global producer, distributor, digital network operator and broadcaster. Previously Raja was the co-founder of QuickPlay Media, a mobile technology company enabling TV-everywhere capabilities for global telecom companies (acquired by AT&T). Raja is active on the boards of the Canadian Film Centre, OCADU Co, and FortyTwo Properties, a real estate company he co-founded focusing on developing real estate for the creative industries. He lives in Toronto with his wife, their two daughters, and Lovely Louie, his favourite guitar.
