Salena Rochester is a writer, producer and network executive. As Vice President of Production and Development for NBCUniversal Television and Streaming; Salena has produced and oversees some of Bravo’s biggest series including The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Emmy-nominated Million Dollar Listing New York, Emmy-winning & critically acclaimed Inside The Actor's Studio, The Real Housewives of New York City, and Married To Medicine among other hit spin-offs and specials. In this role, she is also responsible for cultivating relationships within the creative community and developing original content for feature documentaries, true crime, and lifestyle programming.  

Prior to joining Bravo, Salena was a page for NBCUniversal where she worked on Weekend Today, MSNBC’s Election Desk and CNBC’s Fast Money. She has also contributed to The Grio as an entertainment writer and guest lectured at American University. Salena has a strong passion for telling dynamic stories through scripted and documentary projects. She continues to write and produce her own high-quality content for film and television. 

Salena has a Masters in Film & Television Production from American University and B.A. in Political Science from Hampton University. She resides in Los Angeles, CA.
