Adriana F. Garcia began her career in unscripted television in post-production, where she developed a strong sense of story. She continued to produce series for TLC, FYI, Facebook Watch, and other streaming platforms at Authentic Entertainment before shifting her focus as Director of Development and executing series for HGTV, Science Channel, Roku, and Discovery+. Adriana later joined Intuitive Entertainment as Senior Director of Development, drawing successful concepts for TBS, OWN, and Freeform. Adriana has made it her mission to uplift stories from underrepresented communities and, more recently, showcase that adventure is for all. She now takes on the role of Director of Development for National Geographic’s unscripted team.
