Having initially joined BMP as an intern on The Real World in 2003, Steve spent the first half of his career serving as the Director of Photography for over 30 different projects across a variety of networks. In 2014, Steve transitioned to producing, eventually taking over the Showrunner role on Oxygen’s Bad Girls Club. He has served as an Executive Producer on multiple projects since, including six seasons on Ball in the Family for Facebook Watch.
Steve holds both BA and MBA degrees from the University of Michigan. As SVP of Current Programming, Steve oversees projects in all stages of production, development, and web3.
