Andy Singer is a seasoned, cable network executive and was recently Head of Content for Samsung’s FAST Platform: TV Plus. While at Samsung, Singer guided the platform’s content strategy & curation efforts across dozens of Samsung’s owned and operated, binge & compilation channels available in the US and Canada. He also supervised the creation of the Conan O’Brien TV Channel- a first of its kind in FAST. Singer’s remit included working closely with many of Samsung’s partners including AETN & BBC Studios to increase the platform’s content quality, active users and revenue.

Prior to joining Samsung, Singer was EVP TV & Digital Content for creative studio Alkemy X where he developed and executive produced content for platforms including Amazon Prime Studios, History Channel, Discovery Channel, TLC & Food Network.

Before Alkemy X, he served as the General Manager for two cable networks in Travel Channel & DIY Network (which he also helped rebrand) and VP of Original Content for HGTV.

Currently, Singer runs his own consulting company, where he works with FAST channels on everything from content selection & strategy to curation to brand-positioning, distribution and operations.

Singer began his TV career at sixteen and has produced content for NBCU, 20th Century Fox, A&E, VH1 and a variety of other platforms earlier in his career.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida and lives in the greater New York City metro area with his wife and two children.
