Maggie Zeltner currently serves as Director of Development and Programming for HGTV. In her role, Maggie identifies and develops new projects and talent, as well as oversees existing series. 

She joined the company in 2015, overseeing hits for HGTV and DIY including Tiny Luxury and Island Hunters. Maggie then went over to Food Network and Travel Channel, developing Prime time series Family Food Showdown and overseeing successful shows like Burgers, Brew and ‘Cue.  Now, back at HGTV, she has many projects in development as well as continuing to oversee shows includingBoise BoysandMexico Life. 

Maggie also serves as the liaison between the Programming Team and Digital Team; spearheading convergent opportunities for HGTV.

Maggie began her TV career in 1999, serving the very vital role of Executive Assistant to Mary-Ellis Bunim and Jonathan Murray. Since then, Maggie has produced, directed and overseen many hours of reality programming including multiple seasons of America's Next Top Model, multiple seasons of TLC’s What Not To Wear, Love Lust or Runand Style’s Split Ends– which garnered her an Emmy nomination.  Maggie loves telling stories and clearly, Lifestyle TV is her passion! 

Maggie holds a B.A. from Emerson College.
