Noble Savages

Joe Livecchi is the founder of Noble Savages and a seasoned media professional with over 25 years experience in original content creation, programming and marketing. In 2022, Noble Savages is having its best year ever, selling a pair of cutting edge true crime series, a podcast series and five other non-fiction original formats currently in financed development across multiple platforms. Noble Savages is also behind the A&E hit series, Alaska PD, History Channel’s Save it or Sell it, FYI’s social experiment Question of Love and the science documentary  Complexity: The Universal Laws of Scale, produced in partnership with Cormac McCarthy and the Santa Fe Institute. 

Noble Savages also recently launched the Cameo Pass NFT and a global marketing campaign for the Financial Times. Next up, Livecchi has teamed with Tom Morello from Rage Against The Machine for a new take on activism that rocks. 

Prior to starting Noble Savages, Livecchi served as Senior Vice President of Development for CMT where he developed and oversaw countless hits series including Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Ranch,American Speed: The True Story of Nascar, and the scripted series Sun Records among others. 

As a showrunner, Livecchi has created hundreds of hours of scripted and unscripted television for every major broadcast network and adapted international formats for television across a series of high-profile long term overall deals with Endemol USA, ITV Studios, BBC Worldwide and currently through Six West Media. Livecchi’s original scripted series, such as  She Spies have been sold internationally and in syndication. 

As a former marketing executive for ABC and NBC, Livecchi ran creative departments, directed commercials and produced campaigns for The Olympics, the XFL, and iconic television series including Friends, Will and Grace, The Apprentice, Home Improvement and others. Livecchi’s work in live television includes Good Morning America, live concerts with Kid Rock, Backstreet Boys and many unforgettable ABC New Year’s Eve specials with Dick Clark. 

Livecchi currently lives in CT with his wife and two daughters and enjoys travel, baseball and laughing often.
