Our block of hotel rooms at the InterContinental Miami is sold out on Sunday and Tuesday, but inventory may open up again due to cancellations, so we do recommend that you keep checking availability using this link, and choosing 'Attendee' from the 'Select your guest type' pull-down menu.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• There is a two (2) night minimum stay.
• The reservation doesn't require a deposit at the time of booking, but a credit card is required to guarantee it.
• A 100% non-refundable pre-payment charge will be processed on the card provided 30 days prior to the arrival date.  
• Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation penalty, you must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. Your reservation cannot be shortened after that date. If you fail to cancel or show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. Early departures will not be refunded.
• Guest room reservations must be made under the name of the registered event delegate.
• Any names found on the Realscreen Summit hotel rooming list that are not registered for the event will have their guest rooms canceled and removed from the room block. Only REGISTERED Realscreen Summit attendees may book in this room block.
