Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend this event, we require notice in writing (customersupport@realscreensummit.com) on or before January 3, 2025 at 5:00pm ET. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee equal to 50% of the invoiced purchase price. If the event is cancelled and not postponed, or if government travel restrictions/border closures prevent you from attending, all registration fees can be transferred to Realscreen Summit 2026, or fully refunded. All prices are quoted in US$. Your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us by email (customersupport@realscreensummit.com) a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. The following details will be required: First/Last Name of the person using your registration, their Professional Title, their Email Address and Phone Number, and their Company Details (Name, Address and Phone Number). If for any reason whatsoever the event is cancelled, the liability of Brunico Marketing Inc. shall be limited to reimbursement of the registration fees. Brunico reserves the right, with reasonable notice, to change program dates and assumes no liability for the changes.

NOTE: Registration fees must be paid in full in order to gain entry to the event. No exceptions will be made.

DO NOT LOSE YOUR DELEGATE BADGE - IT'S WORTH A LOT OF MONEY!

Please be aware that significant reprint fees are in place. Keep your lanyard and badge on you at all times during the Summit. You are required to wear it for the entire event. Onsite reprinting badge fees will apply per transaction: $1500 from February 3-4, 2025; $900 on February 5, 2025.

MEETING WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT

Out of respect to the people who have paid their way to attend Realscreen Summit, the speakers who give their time and the sponsors who support the event year after year, the conference floors are strictly reserved for registered delegates. If you have made arrangements to meet with people who are not registered, please do so off-site.

Your participation in this event is completely voluntary. As such, you are voluntarily assuming any and all risks and hazards, including personal injury and illness without limitation, and you hereby release the organizing company and it's officers, directors, employees, representatives, of any liability related to your attendance.
