Allison Wallach is Head of Global Unscripted Programming of FOX Entertainment’s production division, FOX Entertainment Studios. In her Los Angeles-based role, she leads all creative and production for FOX Entertainment Studios’ full scope of unscripted content and studio entities, including FOX Alternative Entertainment (FAE); Studio Ramsay Global, launched in partnership with Gordon Ramsay; and Harvey Levin’s entertainment studio TMZ.
Among the series produced under Wallach’s purview are, to name a few, the singing competitions The Masked Singer and I Can See Your Voice; the competition series Next Level Chef and Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars (in partnership with Studio Ramsay Global), Crime Scene Kitchen (with Fly on the Wall Entertainment) and music game show Name That Tune. She also oversees a growing number of global formats created, owned and produced by FAE under its International Unscripted Format Fund that identifies intellectual property for the international market, such as the celebrity competition Beat My Mini-Mes (TF1/France), dating series Marriage Market (ProSieben/Germany); and celebrity performance competition Celebrity Masterpiece (Workpoint/Thailand), among others.
Prior to expanding her purview as FOX Entertainment’s Head of Global Unscripted Programming, Wallach was President, Unscripted Programming, for FOX Entertainment. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing FOX Network’s unscripted programming, specials and alternative development slate; in addition to FAE, Studio Ramsay Global and TMZ.
Under Wallach’s watch, FOX has successfully launched television’s #1 new unscripted program among Adults 18-49 for four consecutive seasons -- most recently with The Floor, hosted by Rob Lowe (2023-’24); the celebrity social experiment Special Forces: The Toughest Test (’22-’23), Next Level Chef (‘21-’22) and I Can See Your Voice (‘20-’21). Next Level Chefs Season Two post-Super Bowl LVII premiere delivered 16.7 million Total Viewers, making it the most-watched cooking series telecast in television history, while Crime Scene Kitchen was Summer 2021’s #1 new series. Other FOX programs she was responsible for included MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, Hell's Kitchen and Lego Masters. and the dating seriesFarmer Wants a Wife.
Wallach joined FOX Entertainment in February 2020 as Executive Vice President, Head of FAE. Shortly after joining the company, during the early days of the pandemic, she led FAE while it produced After the Mask to air with The Masked Singer, and FOX’S New Year's Eve Toast and Roast 2021, which was hosted by Ken Jeong and Joel McHale. In addition, FAE produced the dating competition Love Trip: Paris for Freeform in the U.S.
Prior to joining FOX Entertainment, Wallach was President of Jupiter Entertainment, which she joined in 2015 to lead its content portfolio expansion into new genres and distribution platforms. From 2010 to 2015, she was an agent in United Talent Agency’s alternative television department, where she helped grow the agency’s international and cable television business. Previously, Wallach was Senior Vice President, Programming, at BBC Worldwide Productions from 2008 to 2010. Prior to BBC, Wallach was Vice President, Programming, at Lifetime Television.
