Stephen Mann is Vice President, Unscripted Programming & Development, NBC.
In this role, Mann oversees unscripted programming for NBC’s slate of unscripted competition, social experiment, and game show formats. His purview includes managing a robust development slate that includes the network’s forthcoming civilian version of Emmy Award winning hit The Traitors and current series Password starring Jimmy Fallon and Keke Palmer.
Mann has established a strong presence across the genre, working on some of the network’s biggest unscripted hits including That’s My Jam, The Wall, America’s Got Talent, and more.
Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Mann worked at Fremantle in Unscripted Development, and at OWN in Alternative Programming.
A graduate of Occidental College, Mann began his career as an intern at FOX in Current Programming before transitioning to production. He has previously worked in live events, unscripted, scripted programming for MTV, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Animal Planet, Travel Channel and Discovery.
