Colby Giordano serves as Director, Unscripted Development for Universal Television Entertainment where she creates, evaluates, and identifies upcoming programming across Bravo and Peacock. Giordano reports to Jenna Rosa, Senior Vice President, Unscripted Development, Universal Television Entertainment.
In this role, Giordano has overseen the development of Bravo’s Love Hotel, The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, The Valley, Surviving Mormonism with Heather Gay and In The City (wt). Giordano has also overseen the development of Peacock’s House of Villains and Couple to Throuple.
Giordano joined the company in 2015, where she began as a coordinator on the Bravo development team before rising through the ranks. She has worked across a variety of projects, including Blind Date, Cash Cab, Relationshep, Dancing Queens, and Family Karma.
Giordano graduated from Fordham University and currently resides in New York City
