Lucy Perez is Director, Unscripted Programming, NBC. In this role, she oversees development and production of new and returning competition series, formatted reality series, and game shows for the network.
Recent series under her oversight include NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, On Brand with Jimmy Fallon, Yes, Chef! The Wall, Weakest Link, and USA Network’s Temptation Island and Barmageddon.
Perez is a Los Angeles Native and outside of work hours, you can find her dining at her favorite Japanese, Italian and Mexican restaurants on LA’s West Side. She is based in Los Angeles with her husband and adorable 1 year old baby.
