Emmy®-winning producer and showrunner Bridgette Theriault serves as Senior Vice President, Programming & Development, at Warner Horizon and Telepictures. Theriault co-leads Warner Horizon alongside Dan Sacks, overseeing Emmy®-winning series The Voice (NBC), as well as perennial hits The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, The Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette (ABC). Most recently she developed and produced break out hits, Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking (Food/HBOMax) Fast Friends (HBOMax) Kings of Tupelo (Netflix) and How Music Got Free (Paramount+).

Since joining WB in 2014, Theriault has been responsible for developing brands and talent, as well as creating and selling original formats. She launched Oscar®-nominated director Leslie Iwerks’ 100 Years of Warner Bros. (HBOMax), The Jennifer Hudson Show (FOX), Paris in Love (Peacock), Love Connection (FOX), Ellen’s Game of Games (NBC), Ellen’s Next Great Designer (HBOMax), Elizabeth Smart: Finding Justice (Lifetime), RuPaul (FOX), and Just Keke (BET).

Before segueing into development, Theriault joined Telepictures in 2011 as a Senior Producer for the Emmy®-winning The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she developed original series for EllenTube including, Momsplaining with Kristen Bell and Laugh Lessons with Kevin Nealon, followed by executive producing TMZ and the award-winning digital series DC All Access.

Theriault first made her mark in Television at The Oprah Winfrey Show. Through eight seasons, she helped produce and create some of pop culture’s most iconic TV moments, including Oprah’s Biggest Giveaway Ever, Oprah’s Favorite Things, Oprah’s Farewell Spectacular and ABC’s primetime specials Oprah’s Big Give and The Dream Lives: A Martin Luther King Day Special. During her tenure at Oprah, Theriault also helped develop and sell both The Nate Berkus Show and The “Dr. Oz Show.

Theriault is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. In her spare time, she enjoys working with The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Mentorship Program to help guide and inspire young women in the creative industry. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband, two children and 4 dogs.
