Joanne Lee is a senior media and technology executive with extensive experience across digital video strategy, creator monetization and platform partnerships. As the SVP & GM of Creator Labs at WME, she leads a team helping talent and brands grow and build audience and revenue on creator platforms. Her background includes leadership roles at Meta, YouTube, Jellysmack, and Sony Pictures, giving her a strong foundation across both traditional media and the creator economy. Joanne holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
